On International Holocaust Remembrance Day Labor honours the victims and the survivors of the atrocities of the Holocaust.

We remember these horrific events to ensure they are never repeated and to prevent prejudice and hatred taking root in our society.

When differences between us are weaponised, human beings are dehumanised and devalued.

This is why we all have a responsibility to make sure hatred, intolerance and extremism are not normalised in our communities.

Labor deeply appreciates the work of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance in raising awareness of genocide and countering the scourge of anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial.
